Szmydt, Tusk and Poland today the main topic of Russian media

[PostPravДa] The hero of today’s headlines in the Russian propaganda press is once again Polish judge who fled to Belarus Tomasz Szmydt. This time the Pole assures the regime media that he knows the risk of opening another front of war. He portrays the Polish authorities as dependent on the decisions of Washington and London. In the context of Poland, Russian media also write about arrests related to espionage for Russia in our country. As we read: “Poland will remain a hostile entity [for Russia – ed.], regardless of whether it annexes chunks of Ukraine or not. Poland may turn into a <> that will bite all of Europe.” There are also puzzling titles, from the category of homeland news like this one: “In the Zabaikal, a 150-kilogram man wanted to be handsome and died.” Jedrzej Morawiecki and a propaganda press release from Moscow.

Propaganda press release from Moscow

“Polish judge Szmydt, who traveled to Belarus, warns of the risk of opening a second front. (…) Simple people in Poland do not want an armed conflict with Russia, but Warsaw does not take the opinion of simple people into account, Tomasz Szmydt said. The Polish authorities are doing exactly what Washington and London tell them to do,” he explained. He added that the leaders of the Baltic countries themselves have repeatedly mentioned that they would not mind being involved in a conflict.”

“Tusk: nine people were arrested in Poland on charges of sabotage ‘on behalf of Russia’. (…) Earlier ‘Myśl Polska’ wrote that Warsaw has become hysterical because of an imaginary threat of Russian espionage. The ABW is behaving completely surrealistically. Its actions (…) are an attempt to exclude the territory of the republic from universally applicable law and (…) an act of repression against the independent opposition.

Recall that Dmitry Medvedev said that Poland is not equal to Russia and will never be equal. Poland will remain a hostile entity, whether it incorporates chunks of Ukraine or not. Revanchist Warsaw ‘tasted blood ‘ and began to terrorize its neighbors with unfounded ‘historical’ claims. Poland may turn into a ‘rabid dog’ that will bite all of Europe.”

“Nuland’s bold statement: she called on the US to allow Kiev to attack Russia with long-range weapons.”

“The death of the Iranian president will not change what is most important. (…) Strengthening ties with Moscow was not Raisi’s personal initiative. It was an earlier conscious strategic choice of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei (…). The new president, whoever he becomes, will continue on the same course.”

“France’s neo-colonial empire is bursting at the seams. (…) The time of the colonial powers has passed, no matter how much the authorities in Paris try to convince themselves otherwise.”

Homeland news

“The court has arrested the luxury cars and motorcycle of former Deputy Defense Minister Ivanov. (…) According to lawyer Murad Musayev, Ivanov is accused of accepting bribes worth about a billion rubles.”

“Investigators are searching the apartment of Nikolai Stepanov, a former associate of former deputy Rashkin. (…) The operational activities are related to the criminal case of foreign agent Ilya Ponomariov, who is wanted for spreading false information about the Russian armed forces, treason against the state and participation in an undesirable organization.”

“Trepova apologized to Tatarsky’s widow, but the appeals court upheld the sentence of 27 years in a labor camp.”

“A Cameroonian construction worker was deported from Russia because he supported Ukraine.”

Szmydt, Tusk and Poland today the main topic of Russian media

“A brothel with male prostitutes has been closed in the center of Moscow.”

“In Kazan, teenagers forced a 12-year-old boy to put his pants in his mouth and urinated on him.”

“Near Rostov, a 13-year-old committed suicide. The boy left a strange last wish: (…) he asked to put an electronic cigarette on his grave.”

“On the Zabaikal, a 150-kilogram man wanted to be handsome and died.”

How does the Ideology of modern Russia differ from that of the Soviet Union?

If Soviet ideology was monolithic, the current ideology of the Russian authorities appears loose, combining seemingly incompatible elements – for example, the cultivation of the Soviet past alongside the idealization of Tsarist Russia.
